Home Furnishings eCommerce Website ... Not So Extreme Makeover!


The brief for this home furnishings online store was to revamp and update its existing website, retaining the brand look and feel and ensuring new content fitted seamlessly with pages (and other marketing collateral) which would not be changed, therefore ensuring the customer experience was continuous throughout the website. The purpose was to increase sales through the website, reduce the clicks-throughs customers needed to do to view the products and to create interest with seasonal and regional promotions.
